The Caswell County Sheriff’s Office reports that three area men have been charged after a break-in case was reported there.
In a news release from the Sheriff’s Office, it said that it was on Thursday, January 26th, when deputies responded to the area of 75 Dixie Road in the Pelham area of the county because of the break-in of a vehicle, and that someone also tried to break into a house as well.
When deputies got to the scene, they reportedly found an individual that matched the victim’s description of the suspects, so they detained the man. After the initial interview, deputies found some property that was stolen from the vehicle, and the other two individuals were identified.
Three individuals have been arrested regarding the case. They include: 20-year-old James Russell Lewis III of 5981 Old US 29 in Pelham; 16-year-old Cameron Durham of 38 Oakwood Circle in Pelham; and 24-year-old Dustin James Allen Voges of 10671 N.C. Highway 700 in Pelham.
All three were charged with Attempted Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling, Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle, and Felony Larceny.
Lewis was also charged with Possession of stolen Property.
